About Caleb Fairey

With a unique blend of healthcare expertise and real estate leadership, Caleb brings a data-driven, service-focused approach to his role as CFO/COO. He began his career in healthcare after earning his clinical doctorate in 2013 and has spent more than a decade dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice. His work in the community shaped a deep commitment to integrity, problem-solving, and serving others—values that continue to guide his work in real estate today.

In 2022, Caleb expanded his passion for helping people into the housing market, launching a business focused on rehabilitating homes. This hands-on experience gave him a strong, practical understanding of the home buying and selling process from the inside out—from evaluating properties to managing renovations to creating spaces where families can truly thrive.

Building on that foundation, he recently became a licensed real estate agent to further support the mission of Real Estate That Gives Back. His combined background in healthcare, investment, and operations allows him to bring a rare level of insight, care, and financial stewardship to every project and every client relationship.

In his leadership role, Caleb continues to champion the company’s vision: delivering exceptional real estate experiences while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Outside of work, Caleb is a devoted husband to his wife, Ehrin Fairey, and a proud father of three—his 12-year-old son, 9-year-old daughter, and 7-year-old daughter. He enjoys staying active, training and competing in the Highland Games, discovering delicious food, traveling, and making memories with his family.
